We are planning a cruise to Alaska in 1 year August 2014 I have just had foot surgery on both feet so I'm on my butt for 2 weeks. and then its 6 to8 weeks being careful. the bunion that was removed. they said takes 1 year to be totally healed. I'm hoping to be well over it by the time we leave.

                                              This is our new swimming suits for our cruise.

Alaska is our Favorite place to go. But we love to come back home and be with Family!

       Today I'm so Grateful for the Family I have  Husband I have spent my life with  For my off spring  and  there Mates. and the awesome Grandkids I Love with all My Heart. and my extended Family.  Brother & Sister  I Love and there Wonderful Family's.
  I feel very Blessed to have a very Loving Family and Friends. through my life, For each and every In-law that is entered into our mix. a few more blessing enter also and mystery. and yes of course a
the animals come along with the package.
What a crazy Wonderful world we live in. and we should cherish   those people in our life's. that mean so much/  they need to know they are valued. Thanks to you all and know you are loved.

still hanging in there. each day is a new day. its been kinda a bummer summer to hot to want to do anything. and brok my toe. so the surgeon has had me on plenty of careful time. no exersize. walking. only very little of what needs to be done like shopping. but not to the pain spot. weight loss has been slow but still loosening. so far the lost weight is 18 lbs. goal is to get 8 more lbs off then hold it for 6 weeks then a free life timer at weight watchers again.

its and exciing day when you can reach you goal. . and make a new goal for yourself. 9.2 lbs off the 1st. Month back it made it exciting when my weight watchers people where excited for me and congradulate me. I have so enjoyed the e tools and all the stuff on there to help out where I need it. on ward to my next goal being 10% off. I can't wait to feel the differance in me and my health. I have recently been put on blood pressure meds and diabetes meds uped. after my surgery I just didn't get feeling good. but starting to feel alot better. I'm so excited My daughter started W.W. with me she has also 9.8 lbs this last month she is good at this. and she makes menus. has a smart phone and scans stuff at store carrys a marker and marks it right there she is so fun to do this with. also My oldest Granddaughter is following along with us she is doing great with her loss also her loss is 15 lbs. walks lots at school. I feel I have done this alone and it was so hard to keep strong. I always felt sabatogised in my efforts. now I feel like we are doing it togeather. and working for something! We have a Family reunion August.We want to feel & look Great.

YEAH Warm Weather!

Well we are finally to some good warm weather we can complain that its to hot soon. its been a long time. scence last post alot of things have happened. im finally feeling ok from a colan surgery I had a little over a year ago. I thought I would never get feeling good. they remover 12 inch of colan. and pulled it togeather and hooked it togeather. I got alot of swelling from it. I had a bowel blockage that almost exploded.took lots of meds for it befor they found it. and on liquids for weeks.just as I thought I was over surgery it infected again....its been along road for me I'm looking forward to just feeling good now! I'm starting back at weight watchers....its the greatest program i have been on. I lost 50 lbs. when I was on it before and now Im returning to learn more. due to recovering time. and life I have gain 25 lbs back. I look forward to getting off and more this time. when I started the first time I was 203 1/2Lbs. doctor told me to lose weight it would cost me my life if I didn't. the gown didn't fit clear around me. I had just had a surgery then also I had a IUD go through wall of the utres. causeing infection all over insides. also inflmation throughout. I have had lots of medical problems in between and surgerys. I'm ready to get back to My life now. I have been setting goal and fumbling. but still doing my best. when starting back my weight was 182.4. I lost 3lbs the first week the n2lbs the next then4. and this week 0. my first goal is 5% off. 4 lbs. away.

Husband started therapy on his back which he broke when he fell at work in Jan 1 2008
he was out of work for 10 months. and back he went. while starting therapy. he got sick and now has Bronchitis. and coughing like mad. this is the start of all sickness. winter is a special time of year for us!
kids are starting to make lists for Santa having high hopes for the great things they see on T.V. things look so fun until they get one and it don't do one thing it shows it will do. parents wondering what would be fun. for k
longer than 1 day. so wrap up and get ready for the ride.
